Return Policy for Stock Items
Stock items must be returned within 10 days of receipt and in their original packaging. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your company name, order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. Return shipping cost are responsibility of customer unless your order was shipped in error or product is defective.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks upon our receiving your return.
Return Policy for Custom Items
Custom boards and displays are not returnable. Unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was shipped, no refunds will be given on custom items.
We can ship stock displays and boards world-wide. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of your transaction. Please give us a call at 877-408-8349 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange shipping outside of the United States or Canada, or if you need further information on shipping.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size and weight-based. The dimensions and weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
